August 2021 - May 2022 MediFly VTOL Aircraft, San Jose State University
Design Lead
• Designing an emergency medical delivery supply hybrid-electric aircraft with high endurance level.
• The high endurance is an advantage for the aircraft with a longer flight time.
• Determining the weight and balance of the aircraft.
• Integrating the aircraft with the ability to take off and land vertically making it proficient in delivering supplies at locations that are hard to access with an aircraft.
• Designed the complete aircraft (fuselage, insulated payload cabin, wings, tail, landing gear, motor housing, ailerons, rudder, and propellers) with the drawings for each part of the aircraft from scratch on SOLIDWORKS and Siemens NX.
• Using PDM software to keep all the files updated by each team member.
• Showing locations of all components on the part and the drawing (electronics systems (for example, servos, motors, etc.), payload, and the combustion system) using SOLIDWORKS and Siemens NX.
• Integrating the switch to the combustion engine on the flight after the vertical takeoff.
• Calculate the Stability and Control of the aircraft from the data collected from the SOLIDWORKS and Siemens NX model.
• Manufacturing the aircraft from scratch using materials like fiberglass, carbon fiber, Styrofoam, and wood.
• Determining, testing, and solving problems regarding the actual performance of the aircraft by flying it.

January 2021 - May 2022 Spartans Racing Formula SAE, San Jose State University
CAD Designer
• Designing, drawing, and assembly Formula SAE car panels with the inclusion of GD&T on SOLIDWORKS.
• Manufacturing composite components and assembling the car panels on the chassis of the car.
• Research and make necessary changes to the cars to make them more aerodynamic.

January 2021 - May 2021 Robot Project, San Jose State University
Team Lead
• Design a four-wheel robot and program it for a series of operations.
• The robot first finds and turns off a green beacon using sensors, then finds a red beacon and grabs it using a mechanical motored arm and brings it out of the given arena.

January 2021 - May 2021 Wind Turbine Project, San Jose State University
Team Lead
• Truss Tower Design and Wind Turbine Design using SOLIDWORKS for Wind Turbine.
• Test the physical stress and strain of the tower design using weights.
• Determining the efficiency of the wind turbine design by calculating the power it generates.

August 2019 - December 2019 RC Speed Boat, Monterey Peninsula College
• Designed RC Speed Boat on Autodesk Inventor for the boat contest.
• Keeping the constraints of least weight and most compact design in mind during the design process.
• Use of different compact electronic components, namely, servos and controller/receiver and assemble them in the boat.

May 2019 - August 2019 NASA L'SPACE Academy
Team Manager
• Took part in L'SPACE Academy Level 1 in Summer 2019 as a deputy team manager.
• Designing a submarine probe to do the geographical and chemical component test on the surface and methane lakes of Titan.
• Maintaining Preliminary Design Report (PDR) through the use of Microsoft Excel.
• As a team manager handle meetings and keep a check on all the aspects of the project.
• As a general design manager, designed and draw the submarine probe using SOLIDWORKS.
